Tour Package Daily Itinerary
Day 1: Overnight flight to Beijing.
Day 2: Arrival in Beijing, meet and greet our professional tour guide who will help you transfer to the hotel and to check-in. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 3: After breakfast, take a Tai-Chi lesson at the Temple of Heaven. After class you will have the opportunity to enjoy the great architectural masterpieces of ancient China. Visit Tiananmen Square, the Gate of Heavenly Peace, the Forbidden City, and Imperial Palace of Ming and Qing Dynasty. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 4: Morning Transfer to Mutianyu to visit the Great Wall, and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding area by cable car. End the day with a relaxing 1-hour long Chinese foot/body massage. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 5: In the morning enjoy a calligraphy and paper cutting class in the picturesque Hutong quarter of Beijing. Marvel the narrow streets and alleys in these old quarters. Late afternoon transfer to the airport and fly to Guilin. Overnight in Guilin.
Day 6: This morning enjoy a boat cruise down Li River, with lunch on board. Reach Yangshuo and transfer to the hotel. Finish the day with a relaxing spa treatment at hotel. Overnight in Yangshuo.
Day 7: Today enjoy another early morning Tai-Chi class in Yangshuo. After breakfast, embark on a bamboo rafting adventure on the Yulong River. Have lunch at a riverside restaurant. Later transfer back to Yangshuo and on the way explore the town of Fuli, and enjoy short painting class. Overnight in Yangshuo.
Day 8: Morning transfer to the airport and fly to Hangzhou. Transfer to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in Hangzhou.
Day 9: Today you will have a full day guided sightseeing tour of Hangzhou including the Lingyin Temple, one of the ten most famous ancient Buddhist monasteries in China. Also enjoy the Feilai Peak (about 700 feet above sea level) with its unique limestone characteristics. Continue to Longjing Tea Village to see the local tea farmers in their daily lives and enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape. Overnight in Hangzhou.
Day 10: Morning transfer to the train station to catch the high-speed train to Shanghai. Meet and greet our professional tour guide who will help you transfer to the hotel and to check-in. Afternoon free at leisure. If you like you can enjoy a traditional spa treatment at the hotel, featuring ancient healing therapies of China and the Himalayas. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 11: Today enjoy a full day guided sightseeing tour of Shanghai including the 16th-century Yu Garden, the Old Town, and the Bund, Shanghai's most popular promenade. In the evening you can enjoy an optional dinner and acrobatic show. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 12: Transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
